I have over 15 years of experience supporting children and families across a range of roles. My career in the Early Years began as a Family Support Worker, working closely with children, their families and other professionals, before changing paths to fulfil my dreams of becoming an EYFS teacher, for which I have worked as a nursery class teacher and reception teacher.  My career path continued as an Assistant Headteacher and then an Early Years Advisory Teacher. I consistently champion the importance of nurturing environments and inclusive practice.

My work as an EYFS Teacher laid the foundation for my deep understanding of child development, whilst both my advisory role and early years consultant, have enabled me to influence policy and practice across settings. I am passionate about empowering both children and educators, and I bring a wealth of practical insight, strategic thinking, and commitment to every initiative I lead.
